Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalised display cases are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please review all specifications carefully before placing a custom order.

How to Return

Email us at info@kollectadisplays.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
